We have a great opportunity for two professional Service Stewards/Stewardesses to work in a fulltime capacity in a cohesive household staff team in a large family home in Point Piper. A position like this is your perfect entrée into the career of House Management/Estate Management. These staff will be required to provide F&B service to the highest standard and have knowledge and confidence in liaising with the Principal and their guests in this stately home.  

Your daily role is to take excellent and intuitive care of the Principal at all times and to liaise with the House Manager as required and relay any important information.

At this level it is important that you present professionally at all times and have a happy upbeat demeanour. It is equally important that you are well versed in providing expert service and have excellent experience with silver service, wine service, butler service, cocktail, barista etc.


  • Solid F&B service skills evidenced by your experience and longevity in your previous roles on Yachts
  • A great eye for detail and memory for Principal’s preferences
  • Keeping the butler’s pantry and kitchen/service areas in an immaculate state at all times
  • Whenever the Principal wants to entertain you will take a leading role to assist at dinner parties or functions and work in with your team
  • Keep all service areas well-stocked and well-organised
  • Be flexible to lend a hand in other areas of the home when required, including their yacht for small functions
  • Running of errands from time to time
  • Working with the laundry steward/ess to coordinate the care of clothes and linens.

  • Solid experience working as a stewardess on Superyachts

Hours: Fulltime, but your exact hours of work will be worked out with the House Manager and your colleagues so that cover is provided at all times. Some flexibility is required. 

Start: Position one: November 2018. Position two: January 2019.

Salary: Fulltime employment basis. Salary negotiable depending on your experience. You will need to have permission to work in Australia (ie residency or long-term work permit) and normal Australian working conditions apply.
