Nanny/Housekeeper/Cook for family in Bulimba, Brisbane - FULM

A busy family with two young children (B4 & G2) is seeking an experienced housekeeper to complete the many tasks that come with a busy life.  We are looking for a person who can take charge of the organising of the home duties such as general housekeeping (they have cleaners for heavy traffic areas), laundry duties and mainly getting the children for pre-school and after school care.

They are looking for a loving and caring nanny who is available from varying shifts early mornings to late evenings as required. They are also looking for someone who is flexible with occasional weekend babysitting, overnights and possible occasional interstate and international travel with the family and time in their holiday home.  Currently they live in Bulimba and will be moving into their large, dream acreage home in Fig Tree Pocket towards the end of this year with the possibility of a live-in opportunity in your own private space within the residence.


Other requirements include:


  • Previous experience with children and light housekeeping
  • Available for flexible hours, weekend work and potential travel with the family
  • Adept in meal preparation and providing evening meals
  • Drivers License (and own car preferred)
  • Current Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid
  • Non Smoker
  • Fully COVID Vaccinated.


Start Date: As soon as you are available

Hours:  Flexible hours but with some early morning starts and 7:00pm finishes with 2 full days including Fridays and some weekend casual babysitting.

Rate:  Up to $40 per hour for the right person- Salary package including Superannuation and leave, etc.
