Lead Deckhand for Private 100-m+ Motoryacht – LBMM

This is a great opportunity for someone to step into a Lead Deckhand role on a very large yacht currently in yard, preparing for a busy Med season.

We are looking for a Lead Deckhand with a minimum of 3 years’ experience on large yachts and excellent large tender driving skills.

The candidate we are seeking must have good knowledge on maintenance, paint, fiberglass and a keen eye for detail.  An EU/International drivers license is a must and you will have impressive customer service skills as well.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Yachtmaster a must
• Power Boat Level 2
• Confident tender driving skills and experience to match
• STCW including Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
• Crowd and Crisis Control Certificate preferred
• Strong in watersports, jet skis and have basic engineering knowledge
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Able to lead and mentor junior deck crew
• ENG 1 Medical Certificate valid minimum 12 months
• Valid Passport
• EU/International drivers license

Salary:  Euro 3.600 with 5:1 time on/off
