This world class sailing catamaran is seeking a qualified and experienced young chef to join the yacht and her crew on its continued journey.  Currently on the East Coast of the USA they are preparing for a busy Caribbean charter season and possible Med season next year, so great sea-legs and provisioning skills will be essential!

 

Candidates should hold the following qualifications and experience:

 

  • Culinary qualified and/or extensive experience in providing a variety of high end guest meals and must be able to adapt to any specific dietary requirements.
  • Knowledge of cooking for a KETO diet advantageous.
  • STCW Basic Safety training,
  • ENG1 Health Certificate
  • Valid Passport
  • B1/B2 visa preferred.

 

Salary:  US$4,000-$5,000 DOE (+ tips)  4 weeks annual leave with annual performance bonus
