How does the Recruitment process work?
If you want us to find a crew member for your team, we will need as much information as you can provide so that we understand exactly what you are looking for in your crew member. It will also assist us to write a Job Post that will entice quality candidates as quickly as possible. We have a large database of crew to whom we send Job Alerts and additionally we have large numbers of new crew attracted to our site and job board each week.
Screening the applicants:
Our Job Alerts usually garner a large amount of applicants. We sift through the many to find the few that will be a good fit for your role. It’s a time-consuming process which needs careful attention and timely action. After qualifying them we submit their CVs and application for your consideration. Your prompt feedback on the candidates ensures that we can hone in on the right person sooner. We will gather the References for the candidates and can also provide proforma contracts and salary advice if needed.
